Here's how to setup Apple Mail to send and receive your email messages:

• From the Mail menu, select Preferences

• Select the Plus Symbol to create a new account

• In the Add Account window, enter your full name, email address and password. Then click Continue

• In the Incoming Mail Server window, from the Account Type list, select either POP or IMAP

• Enter your email account information as follows:
  Description
  Enter the name that you'd like this email account to be listed under (e.g. My Email Account)

  Incoming Mail Server
  For POP, enter pop.secureserver.net or for IMAP, enter imap.secureserver.net

  User Name and Password
  For the User Name, enter your full email address. Also enter the Password that you setup for your email account

  Click Continue

  In the Incoming Mail Security window,select Authentication. Do not check Use Secure Sockets Layer. Then click Continue.

  In the Outgoing Mail Server window, enter your account information as follows:

  Description

  Enter the name for this mail server (e.g. My Email Account)

  Outgoing Mail Server

  Enter smtpout.secureserver.net

  Select Use Authentication

  User Name and Password

  For the Username, enter your full email address. Also enter the Password for your email account

  Click Continue

  In the Outgoing Mail Security window, be sure Authentication is selected. Do not check Use Secure Sockets Layer. Then click Continue.

  An Account Summary window reviews the account details. Verify that your account information is accurate, and then click Continue.
